1. What do you do?

We help individuals, couples and families to cope with life area problems (relationship problems, job or school difficulties, divorce). We also work with
schools, businesses, hospitals and community organizations on a consultation or referral basis. We offer a range of clinical (evaluation/assessment)
services, clinical counseling and professional supervision services.

2. Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in a quiet community location in southwest Evergreen Park at 3220 West 98th Street, between United By Faith Lutheran Church and the Evergreen Park Medical Building. Off-street non-metered parking available.

3. Who will I be talking to?

Dr. Kenneth A. Gleaves and Nancy L. Gleaves are partners who share professional backgrounds (certification and licensure) and experience in treating substance abuse and the practice of mental health counseling. Nancy brings experience in domestic violence and women's issues to the practice. Ken's professional background includes experience in a wide range of counseling areas, consultation and research in educational and school issues, program evaluation, and experience in the training and supervision of substance abuse/mental health counselors. Gender-specific counseling is an option. Your confidential call will be responded to by either Ken or Nancy.

4. What are your hours?

We schedule our clients by appointment and will try to find the most convenient time for you. In most cases we can schedule sessions
Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are closed Sundays.
If we are in session, please leave a confidential message. A late fee will apply for less than 24 hour notice for no-shows or cancellations.

5. What about the cost of services?

Our fee scale is competitive. we realize that in these times of rising health care costs finding affordable counseling services can be difficult. For clients who
do not have insurance plans we are a fee-for-service practice; payment for services is expected at the time services are rendered (cash, check or money order). Alternatively, should you have an insurance carrier, we will accept direct billing from your insurance carrier for services rendered.
